AGM & Election of 2025-26 Board of Directors

2025 Meeting Agenda, 2024 Meeting Minutes and 2024 Financials will be available on the Okotoks & District Chamber of Commerce website, two (2) weeks prior to the AGM meeting date.

-  Members must be in attendance to vote, there are no proxy votes
-  Each members membership must be in good standing as of March 30, 2025 
-  One vote per membership

11:30 am Doors will open

12:00 pm Lunch will be served

12:30 pm Meeting will commence
